Village of Lake Ann

Lake Ann is a village in Benzie County, located on the banks of the beautiful lake of Lake Ann. The population was 268 at the 2010 census. It is located within Almira Township, 12 miles west of Traverse City. The village is quiet and peaceful, yet close to the shopping, culture and sandy beaches of Traverse City. Lake Ann has a golf course, several churches, two general stores, pizzeria, ice cream shop, post office, library, town hall, village park, township park, public beach and numerous resorts. Lake Ann area is rich in history, wildlife, lakes and natural beauty. Lake Ann is a charming and pleasant destination.
